 Items are ready stocks, order while stocks last. 
 Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable. 
 No cancellation once payment is made. 
 Please bear with me if my response is not prompt enough. 
 Please note that actual product colour might vary slightly from pictures due to different monitor colour resolution or lightings effect. 
 Luxe Beaute will not be responsible if there are any personal dislikes or dissatisfaction to the product. 

To facilitate faster response and for Luxe Beaute to recommend the most suitable product for you, please let us know:

1) Your skin type

2) Which skin condition you would like to target on e.g whitening, hydrating, pigmentation, anti-aging, dark eye circles, control oil & etc..

3) Which product type you are looking at e.g. Cleanser, Toner, Moisturizer, Serum, Night Gelly & etc..

Collection Method 

a) Self collection (Timing to be arranged at Luxe Beaute’s convenience) 
Available at these locations: 

1) Serangoon North Ave 1
Weekday/weekends between 12 to 6pm

2) Ang Mo Kio MRT
Weekday between 12 to 6pm

3) Hougang MRT
Weekday between 12 to 6pm 


4) Serangoon MRT
Weekday between 2 to 5pm 


No discount for Self-collection 
Any changes on Collection Venue will be updated

b) Postage 
 Free Normal Postage for all items 
 Please top-up additional $2.25 for registered mail (Highly recommended as we will not be responsible for any lost mails) 
 Courier: $5 per trip 


Order & Payment 
 Please email us your order to luxebeaute@ymail.com and wait for our confirmation. 
 Proceed to make payment to DBS Savings Plus 006-0-053930 once we have confirm your order. (Indicate your Name when you are using Internet Banking) 
 For interbank transfers, please allow 2-3 working days for verification. 
 Upon order confirmation, we will only hold your order for 24 hours. If payment is not made, order will be dropped. 
 In the event of Out-of-stock (OOS), we will refund accordingly.
